Usage tips
To make a nutritious pancake, preheat a nonstick skillet over low heat. Mix 24 g (2 scoops) of Protein Cooking Preparation with 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of water.
Once mixed, pour the batter into the center of the pan and spread it out to the desired thickness. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until the pancake is golden brown, flip it then repeat this step on the other side.
