Delivery of orders

A delay of 3/5 days may be necessary for delivery through DPD carriers. You will automatically receive an email specifying the information for the delivery of your order.

Delivery standards
 We use Herbalife standard operating procedures. Standard shipping standards are provided below to better meet your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

  • Orders placed on a working day before noon are generally sent to the warehouse the same day. Although not guaranteed, these orders are, in most cases, normally dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be sent to the warehouse the next working day. These orders are normally dispatched the next working day.

  • During business days, orders typically leave the warehouse within 24 hours of being processed.

  • On rare occasions, orders placed on holidays, weekends or at the beginning and end of the month may be delayed.

  • Once your order has been validated, NO modification or cancellation will be accepted. Please check your order before placing it to make sure it is correct.
