CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKE

Servings: 2 (3-4 pancakes per serving)

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Cookie Crunch
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 100ml water
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until, when sprayed, a few drops of water form pearls and crackles.
  3. Soak a paper towel with oil and gently rub the pan.
  4. Pour the batter, forming pancakes 7-8 cm in diameter and cook until the underside is golden brown.
  5. Flip the pancakes and continue cooking to brown the other side.
  6. Serve the pancakes while still warm, garnishing them with berries.
