  • 96 g (4 servings) Herbalife Nutrition Protein Cooking Mix
  • 104 g (4 servings) Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1, Cream of Banana flavor
  • 140ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 g low-fat cheese spread
  • 1 (95g) banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar


  • A silicone cake mold (non-stick) of 500 g

Preparation 1

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Protein preparation to cook, the Formula 1 cream of banana flavor, the milk and the cheese spread.
  • Cut the banana in half and reduce the first half into thin slices that you reserve.
  • Mash the other half and add it to the mixture in the bowl.


  • Add the coconut sugar and pour the mixture into the mold, taking care to flatten the top with a knife so that the mixture spreads well in the mold.
  • Arrange the banana slices that you had reserved on top of the cake and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is sufficiently cooked.
  • To check for doneness, stick a toothpick in the center of the cake. It should come out clean.
  • Serve.
