Servings: 2 (3-4 pancakes per serving)

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Cookie Crunch
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 100ml water
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until, when sprayed, a few drops of water form pearls and crackles.
- Soak a paper towel with oil and gently rub the pan.
- Pour the batter, forming pancakes 7-8 cm in diameter and cook until the underside is golden brown.
- Flip the pancakes and continue cooking to brown the other side.
- Serve the pancakes while still warm, garnishing them with berries.
