Vanilla-chocolate cupcakes

  • 96 g of protein preparation to cook
  • 112g protein shake mix
  • 40g light margarine, softened
  • 230ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 20g 90% dark chocolate
  • 8 cupcake cases


  • A cupcake mold (12 holes)

Preparation :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 4) and line the cupcake tin, placing the eight cases in it. In a large bowl, combine Protein Cooking Mix and Protein Drink Mix with a wooden spoon. Add the margarine then the milk, mixing gradually. Then continue to mix very slowly.
  2. Divide the mixture into the cupcake cases. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cupcakes rise and are golden. Leave to cool in the mould.
  3. Once the cupcakes have cooled, break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it for 1 minute to 1.5 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of cupcakes and let harden before serving.
