Ingredients

  • • 96 g (4 servings) Herbalife Nutrition Protein Cooking Mix
  • • 104g (4 servings) Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1, Gourmet Chocolate flavor • 50g coconut sugar
  • • 1 tsp baking soda
  • • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • • 50 g light spreadable cheese
  • • Baking paper

Preparation 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 4) and line a baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper. In a large bowl, mix the Protein preparation to cook and the Formula 1 Gourmet Chocolate flavour, the baking soda and the milk. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.

2. Add the cheese spread to the mixture. Form a ball equivalent to 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll it between your hands. Arrange them on the plate and exert pressure with your fingers to make it take the shape of a biscuit. Do the same with the rest of the mixture to form eight cookies, making sure to separate them from each other by at least 2 cm.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until set and crispy on top. Leave to cool on the baking sheet then place them on a wire rack until completely cooled. *Our product only provides all the nutritional benefits described on the label if the preparation respects the instructions mentioned on the latter.
